Wish you could see this place.

Viceport City 2025, yeah, it looks good here. The whole town is buzzing, small crews brushing up against serious cartels, pushers, and hustlers working every corner. The parties are wild, and the beaches are perfect.

You could carve out something of your own here, but keep your head swaying. The cops are stretched thin, and too many officials are wired and reckless. One wrong step and you’re looking at time in Palmera County Prison, or worse.

You told me you were looking for a new start, and here it is. You could be anything here, I know it. Whenever you make it out here, the city will be waiting.
